Kaylee M. White

Kaylee M. White is an Omaha native with a strong background in property management and resident engagement. After graduating from Bellevue East High School, she moved to Lawrence, Kansas, to attend the University of Kansas. During her time there, she began working as a part-time leasing agent at a 632-bed student housing community where she also resided.

After discovering a strong passion for the property management industry and recognizing the opportunity for career growth, Kaylee decided to transition away from in-person schooling to focus on advancing her professional career. She quickly progressed from a part-time leasing agent to a full-time role, and soon after, into a Leasing and Marketing Manager position. She has remained dedicated to the field ever since, focusing particularly on building resident retention and fostering a strong sense of community within her property.

Currently, Kaylee is continuing her education online at the University of Nebraska at Kearney, where she is pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing.

Outside of work, Kaylee enjoys attending concerts, going out with friends, spending time with family, and playing video games.
