Mason W. Weber is a Property Improvement Technician with BARON Management who takes pride in improving and maintaining the quality of the properties he works on. With a strong passion for hands-on work, Mason focuses on the physical property attributes, including upgrades, repairs, and improvements that help keep buildings and units looking their best and functioning smoothly for residents.

Before entering the property improvement field, Mason attended Southeast Community College, where he pursued his Associate of Science degree while being a student-athlete on the baseball team. Being a collegiate athlete shaped his strong work ethic, discipline, and team-first mentality, which he brings to his work every day.

Mason has a background in carpentry and custom cabinetry and genuinely loves working with his hands to build, repair, and improve spaces. He takes pride in leaving things better than he found them and approaches every project with attention to detail and a commitment to quality craftsmanship.

Known for being hardworking and a fast learner, Mason is constantly sharpening his skills and expanding his knowledge in the property improvement field. He also values building strong relationships with tenants and coworkers, believing that good communication and trust are just as important as the work itself. His dedication, reliability, and pride in his craft make him a valuable part of the BARON Management team.
