Kat's career in real estate began in escrow, where she built a strong foundation in the details that make deals succeed. She transitioned into commercial property management, transaction coordination for a real estate firm, mortgage processing and funding, and residential property management. While in the Seattle metro area, Kat managed commercial warehouse properties, often converting them into vibrant storefronts. She also specialized in maintaining and valuing single-family homes in military-focused communities.

Passionate about lifelong learning in real estate, Kat is deeply committed to preserving and enhancing properties, particularly bringing beauty and new life back to historic buildings. Having recently relocated back to the Omaha area after 10 years in Seattle, she combines her Midwest roots with Pacific Northwest perspectives. She was born in the Pacific Northwest and has spent much of her life bridging the two regions.
